About the job.
Tasks.
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification (mechanical / electrical / pneumatic) on systems.
- Preventive maintenance and servicing work on production systems.
- Close cooperation with the production islands and further cooperation with Production Engineering and external service providers.
- Participation in and implementation of continuous improvement in the operational production environment.
- Contributing to improvements in the area of lean management.
Requirements.
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, electrician or comparable training.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing production and assembly systems (mechanical / electrical / pneumatic).
- NIV13 or NIV15 installation licence desirable or willingness to obtain this (will be taken over by ABB).
- Good team player characteristics, strong communication skills, motivated and independent way of working.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, SAP.
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English (Basic) desirable.
- Willingness for 4-shift operation, later 3-shift operation with on-call duty (after intensive familiarisation phase approx. every 3-4 weeks).
